Lion Headdress 3rd generation

This realistic replica of a lion headdress is part of the 3rd generation lion head design which features a smaller(albeit life size) variation of the original lion headdress offered in my shop.
his piece features more substantial detail which is likewise reflected in the price.
This item can be produced at $1600 with less detail (much more simplified shading, more simplified trimming, hand painted eyes instead of acrylic ones, an entirely brown mane rather than this mixed blond/ gold and dark undertone one, a slightly smaller / shorter mane, etc.. ) .

DIFFERENCE IN PRICE EXPLAINED
BROWN LION: refers to the color of the lion's mane not the face color. a pure brown mane does not have the gradual color transition from face fur to mane as seen in some photos. This option begins at $1800 USD

GOLD: This lion would feature a detailed face with a fully blond mane without darker undertones. This option begins at $1800

OLIVE: This lion will feature a darker colored olive tan fur with a matching dark olive blond mane. The option starts at $1800.

LUX OMBRE: This refers to the lion featured in the listing photo. the lion has a brown mane (depending on stock availability, the mane will have gold/ blond highlights and dark under color) but it features a transitional section between where the fur on the face ends and the mane begins. this transition is hand dyed and mixed fibers to closely match the fur on the lions face so that there's a less abrupt color change between the fur on the face and the mane. furthermore, the lions face features detailed trim and shading as seen in the listing photos as well as a set of acrylic yellow eyes. you may choose to add teeth and/or whiskers. this option begins at $2100 USD

other face and mane colors are also possible. white and black lions are also available as are any custom colors. you may also choose variations in eye colors, mane lengths, etc.

CUSTOMIZATION:
the lion's head portion nose to back of head, not withstanding the mane, measures approximately 13.2"
yellow acrylic eyes are $35 and are included with the blond version only or by custom request in the other styles. if you'd like to add acrylic eyes please get in touch before ordering.
you can choose to add teeth for an additional $60
the addition of whiskers will cost $80
body parts can be added
Body $500 to $2000 depending on the level of shading and length of the cape.

if you wish to add any of these additional details please know this will increase your wait accordingly. adding whiskers and teeth may only add an additional few days but body parts can add several weeks. please message me if you wish to add any parts.

Rushed order fees are calculated based on the time we have available to us to work on the piece. This is the span of time from your payment clearance date to the ship out date.
